Harry B was very helpful in sorting out an issue I had with a delivery not turning up. A refund was issued and there was no fuss. Thanks for great customer service!

Only 4 stars because I'm waiting for delivery, but I ordered hair jel and mascara and was told the hair jel was out of stock so I was refunded. But I had only ordered the mascara to make the price up for free delivery. Just spoken to Emily who has assured me that the mascara is on it's way, and with no delivery charge. Thank you!

My parcel arrived. However a few of the shower gels leaked. Contacted customer services and Nicole was very helpful in replacing the damaged products.

Abigail was very helpful ... with regard to the service in general i am not sure everyone can or is going to want to type for customer service so Superdrug may want to keep that in mind and have a phone service available ... working from home even after Covid i am sure your agents can do both ...

I contacted customer services via the online chat as I only received part of my order. I was connected to Abigail who resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Great service Abigail

Made an online order click and collect and a promotional free gift was placed in my basket Several days later I received a message my order was ready to be collected. However on inspection the promotional item was not there. I checked the website and it was still being advertised as available. I contacted Superdrug customer services who told me the promotional item was no longer available. I informed them it was still being advertised and this is not only misleading but is misrepresentation and false advertising. The customer service agent just disconnected my call. Terrible service, false advertising and unhelpful staff. Who could ask for moreI usually shop in Boots the chemist. I will never return for any future purchases from Superdrug. Unhelpful rude and false advertising

Terrible experience, 7 days to receive a next click and collect order. No way of contacting anyone in superdrug, phone number not answering calls and chat works intermittently! Never again!!! Update on my order after waiting 9 days and my order being sent back to superdrug for what reason I don't know. Another 40mins spent on phone, my order was processed again. I was told yesterday that it had finally arrived. This morning I received an email saying my order is unavailable and has been refunded!!! ??Hi Wendy, I received the same advice yesterday, I've emailed by details to the address provided. I'm yet to hear a response.

I ordered perfume for next day delivery to nearby store. Its now 4 days since receiving email order confirmation and two visits to shop, only to find out that still no delivery. Kinda spoiled my valentine effort. And no courtesy email to explain why paid item is delayed. This is in spite of fact that item is shelf available at the store. They were unwilling to let me have the shelf one and then replace that when [if] mine ever arrived.

Always find some good bargain stuff at Superdrug. Good selection of things to buy online compared with Boots.During current PANDEMIC, rely on them to deliver my baby's food pouches, nappy and stuff a lot, because local supermarket is difficult to get fast delivery. Keep up with the good work. Small note: Please improve your click and collect (30 minutes) service, such service is a bit over promise and hard to fulfill. Brighton Churchill square still needs a day to prepare my order. Ordered at 1 am, was hoping can get my order at the same day, gave the store more than 30 minutes to get my order ready, should be comfortably getting my order by the end of the day (5pm). After all, you are offering click and collect in 30 minutes, I believe I am being reasonable here. Sadly Brighton Churchill square store failed to prepare the order in a day, tried whole day to call them but no answer. Contacted "live chat", more than 5 times, they also tried to ring the store but no one answer. I am a mum, from Monday to Friday, I am juggling between my son's live classes online (few sessions a day) and feed my young baby. Could only leave the house at the weekend.now I have to pay 3rd party delivery firm to collect my shopping and deliver to us even though I spent more than £30 but not getting free delivery. Anyhow, please improve.

I was initially thrilled to discover Superdrug.com, and although their deliveries were a little slow I was happy to wait, as they offer free postage and saved me having to go out to gather supplies.Unfortunately after placing at least one order a month the cracks began to show..I received my very 1st order with relatively no problem, although the courier (Hermes) had chosen to leave my parcel out in the rain, even though there was a dry safe place they could've left it in. Still, not really Superdrug's fault.I've had more than one delivery damaged by the courier, but Superdrug would refund or replace the items in question when contacted, although it may take a few days to receive a reply. The last couple of orders however, have completely put me off placing any future orders with them.I had one delivery so badly damaged by the courier that it was almost hilarious. It took Superdrug a few days to reply to me but they refunded me for the worst of the damaged items, although most of my order was covered in the bath salts which had in turn drawn moisture into the box and further ruined anything that wasn't in air tight packaging. My last and final order never got to me. No one seems to know what happened to it, but over a month later and my refund has only just been processed. It also took me 3 attempts before I received a reply, and a further 2 before a refund was issued. (I had to chase it up). Then I still had to find a physical shop in which to buy the things I'd originally ordered..Sorry Superdrug, I really like your brand, and your offers are great, but your online presence is shocking! Here's one loyal customer you've seriously let down.
